① The tape stretches due to plastic deformation after using for a period of time, resulting in insufficient tape tension, reduced frictional traction and slipping.
② When the contact surface between the belt and the drive drum is immersed in muddy water or dust, the friction coefficient drops sharply, and the belt slips.
③Damage of the idler, entanglement of debris, buried pressure of materials, etc. will cause a large number of idlers to not rotate, the damaged tape or joints will increase the resistance when passing the idler, the tape deviation is serious, and the loading of too much goods will cause the tape resistance. Too big and cause the tape to slip.
