The customer is required to provide the product’s design drawings or samples, the purchase quantity, and the material specifications. If the customer cannot specify the exact materials to be used, please describe the product’s operating environment and intended application range. We will then offer professional recommendations and a detailed quotation based on the customer’s technical requirements.

We can provide relevant, well-founded recommendations during the preliminary design phase of our clients’ products, ensuring that their products pass the final technical inspections.

Drawing on Jing’an Company’s 30 years of accumulated experience in the rubber industry, we will help our customers select the most suitable materials and hardness levels based on product performance.

At Jing’an Company, mold development typically takes about 2 to 4 weeks. If the customer’s delivery deadline is tight, we will do our best to meet their requirements, within the limits of technical feasibility.

Jing’an Company can deliver within 1–2 weeks of receiving the order. If the products ordered are standard items, we can maintain inventory to ensure prompt delivery.

If the customer does not need to alter the dimensions of Jing’an Company’s existing molds, we can provide the molds and manufacture the products for them.
A:
If the mold is custom-designed by the customer and the customer bears the mold development costs, ownership of the mold vests in the customer. Jing’an Company shall be responsible for safeguarding and maintaining the mold on behalf of the customer. Should the customer require modifications to the mold’s dimensions, the associated retooling costs shall be borne by the customer. In the event that the mold is damaged during production, Jing’an Company shall undertake its repair.
